If you’re using Windows, the Terra development videos will be difficult to follow without Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL). In addition, Docker works best with version 2 of WSL, so we’ll set that up here. The docs by Microsoft are located at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/install-win10
