How to Install, Setup and Configure Hive OS | Cryptocurrency GPU Mining

How to Install, Setup and Configure Hive OS.  I’ve used Hive OS for a while now, and love the stability of the Linux platform.  If you want to escape the hangups that come with Windows, then Hive OS may be worth giving a shot.  GPU Crypto mining rigs can run for months at a time with very little maintenance, which makes our life easier.  If you have any suggestions, leave them in the comments below.  Mine like the wind Raptors!

Driver Update Instructions:
– Starting from 0.5-70 there is a utility to Nvidia install driver which you can use from web or on shell. It will install the latest stable driver for Hive.
– nvidia-driver-update

– Or you can give URL of driver to install:
– nvidia-driver-update http://download.hiveos.farm/drivers/NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-390.59.run

– On some systems overclocking may fail after upgrade, try to run this to fix
apt-get install –reinstall -y nvidia-settings
