Mike Silagadze is the founder and CEO of ether.fi, which is a new player in ethereum liquid staking that enables stakers to control their keys while delegating. Ethereum liquid staking has been one of the hottest themes of crypto in 2023. The Shapella upgrade introduced unstaking Ether, Liquid Stakking Tokens grew in popularity, and concerns of centralization of staking was a highlight of this year so far.
