Never heard of Tutanota, but I am sure they provide some great service. I would personally recommend Mailfence https://mailfence.com . Been a client for around 5 years now, currently using them for my 2 businesses, one registered in France & one in the US. Absolutely top-notch service. Also, Their servers are under Belgian law legislation, which put a lot of emphasis on the privacy protection.
